Lucas Kolikoviski

Lucas Kolikoviski is an accomplished Senior Process Automation Engineer with extensive experience in automation systems, having held pivotal roles at Bend Bioscience and Societal™ CDMO. Lucas's expertise includes the implementation, support, and maintenance of various automation technologies such as PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems. Previously, Lucas served as Automation Lead at CAI, contributing to significant projects for clients including Emergent BioSolutions and AstraZeneca, where leadership was demonstrated in the design and execution of process automation. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing on Leadership and Innovation.
