Jeff Alter

Jeff Alter is the current CEO at Bend Memorial Clinic, P.C. and has an extensive background in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current position, they were a board member at Numotion and Biora Therapeutics. Jeff also served as the president of Arcturus One Consulting from July 2018 to September 2020. Alter has also been a board member at Professional Physical Therapy since January 2018.

Alter's previous experience also includes serving as the VP of Strategic Financial Planning at Oxford Health Plans from December 2002 to July 2004 and as the CEO of UnitedHealthcare's Employer and Individual segment from December 2002 to June 2018.

Jeff Alter completed an MBA in finance from St. John's University and a BS in marketing from St. John's University. Jeff also has a NY Regents degree in general from St. Francis Preparatory School.
