Kayla Glick has extensive experience in community organizing and social justice advocacy, currently serving as Associate Organizing Director at Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice since January 2015, where roles have included Senior Organizer and New York Organizer. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Group Advisor at Kane Street Synagogue, where community building and programming for youth were developed, and as a Community Organizer for Jews United for Justice, focusing on outreach, event planning, and volunteer management for educational and legislative campaigns. Kayla's foundational experience includes being a Corps Member at AVODAH: The Jewish Service Corps, emphasizing social and economic justice issues. Educationally, Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from Tufts University.
