Andrew Buchert

Andrew Buchert has a solid work history, primarily with TDS Telecommunications Corp. Andrew started in 2003 at TDS Telecom as a Product Manager. In 2007, they became the Manager of Advanced Technical Support, where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Manager of Network Management Operations & Customer Repair, overseeing a team of 225 support resources. Then, in 2011, they were promoted to Director of Service Assurance, responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of TDS' products and services. Most recently, in 2017, they were appointed as the Vice President of Field Services.

Andrew Buchert earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Edgewood College from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Technical Communications with a focus on Telecommunications at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1984 to 1988.
