Joe Kramschuster

Joe Kramschuster has extensive experience in product management and marketing. Joe started their career in 1991 as a Marketing Manager at Nichols Advanced Technologies and worked there until 1996. In 1999, they joined TDS Telecom as a Manager of Product Management, where they were responsible for the growth and financial performance of assigned voice and data product lines. In 2006, they were promoted to the role of Director of Commercial Product Management at TDS Telecom, where they led a team in driving commercial product strategy and managing a broad range of products and services through their life cycle. Joe excelled in identifying customer needs, addressing the competitive landscape, and defining the value statement for products. Throughout their career, Joe stayed updated on current and future customer needs, technologies, vendors, competitors, and market conditions.

Joe Kramschuster attended Marquette University High School from 1983 to 1987. Joe then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1987 and 1992. Joe also obtained additional certifications, including an Advanced Management Program Certificate from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in 2014 and a Product Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
