Josh Curley has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a Manager of Advanced Technical Support at TDS Telecommunications LLC since November 2014, overseeing Level 2/3 support for the company's Voice Network. Previous roles at TDS include positions as a Senior Network Specialist and Network Specialist I through III, as well as a Senior NOC Technician. Prior to TDS, Josh Curley worked at BendBroadband from January 2008 to November 2014, where responsibilities included monitoring TSR performance as a Technical Support Supervisor and overseeing the Customer Fulfillment Team. Josh's career began at T-Mobile, where Josh held the position of Customer Care Coach. Educationally, Josh Curley is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Central Oregon Community College and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems as well as a certification in AutoCADD.
