Charity Small has a solid background in finance and operations, having held various positions in the field since 2004. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance And Operations at both Bender Commercial Real Estate Services and Bender Midwest Properties, Charity previously worked as a Controller at the same companies. Prior to that, Charity gained experience in finance and administration as a Director at Zuercher Technologies and as an Office Manager. Charity's career started as an Administrative Assistant at McGladrey and the Sioux Empire American Red Cross, where Charity also took on the role of Volunteer Coordinator.
