Kurt Bender

Kurt Bender is the founder and principal of Bender Companies, where Kurt has been actively expanding the multi-family portfolio through sourcing and structuring new acquisitions in the Midwest region since January 2011. Prior to this, Kurt served as the managing partner at Bender Capital Group from June 2011 to August 2019, and as a property manager at RMC-LP from April 2006 to December 2009.
