Benjamin Norsworthy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Responsible Sourcing Coordinator at Burberry, and later became a Project Manager in the Responsibility Team. In 2018, they served as a Design Research Intern at STBY Design Research for Service Innovation and then became a Public Affairs Manager at Global Fashion Agenda / Copenhagen Fashion Summit. In 2019, they joined Pride in London as the Sustainability Lead, Operations Team, and also worked on the Communications Team at Nesta. In 2020, Benjamin co-founded Bendi, an AI company, where they hold the position of Co-founder and Chief Sustainability Officer. Benjamin also worked as a Guest Lecturer and Curriculum Advisor for Sustainable Fashion at Buckinghamshire New University. Benjamin has continued to share their expertise through roles such as Specialist Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and Associate Lecturer for MA Design Innovation at Buckinghamshire New University. Benjamin is also a guest judge for the We The Makers Sustainable Fashion Prize in 2023 at the National Wool Museum Geelong.

Benjamin Norsworthy pursued their education chronologically, starting in 2004, by attending SOAS University of London. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Development Studies, completing their studies in 2007. Subsequently, in 2017, they enrolled at Ravensbourne University London, where they pursued a Masters of Design and Innovation degree with a focus on Social Innovation. Their studies at Ravensbourne concluded in 2018.
