Justin Murphy

Justin Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as a Risk Specialist SME Lead at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ANZ for several years, holding various roles such as Programme Lead for the APRA Regulatory Reporting Programme and Chief Product Owner for Markets Finance Transformation. Before ANZ, Justin was at BP, where they served as a Product Control Manager and Marine Financial Controller. Justin also worked at JBWere as a Programme Office Manager, National Australia Bank as an Implementation Manager, BNP Paribas as a Treasury Accountant, and National Australia Bank as a Senior Supervisor.

Justin Murphy has a diverse education history. Justin began their educational journey at St Kevins College Toorak from 1983 to 1988, where they completed their VCE in Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, Justin attended Deakin University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Commerce.

In their pursuit of further qualifications, Justin enrolled in the CPA Australia Program from 1998 to 2000, earning a CPA degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. Justin then attended RMIT University from 2001 to 2002, where they completed a Graduate Certificate in Database Development, emphasizing IT.
