Bartlomiej Magiera

Bartlomiej Magiera currently serves as the Vice President of Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC since October 2024, while also being the Owner of BME since September 2020. Prior experience includes leadership roles at WABCO from September 2012 to June 2020, where Bartlomiej was responsible for site manufacturing engineering and new investment projects. Earlier experience at Faurecia included positions as Production Manager and Project Manager, managing production processes and teams. Bartlomiej's career began at Delphi Automotive Systems as a Product Engineer, focusing on new product development. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Polish Open University in cooperation with Oxford Brookes University.
