Katherine Minerd

Katherine Minerd has been working in the recruitment industry since 2006. Katherine began their career at Sparks Personnel Services, where they served as a Recruiter/Staffing Supervisor. In 2007, they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter. In 2009, they moved to Bene-Care Inc., where they held the roles of Director of Operations, Enrollment Manager, and Enrollment Representative.

Katherine Minerd attended St. Bonaventure University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
