Kevin Tulipana

Kevin Tulipana currently serves as the Associate Dean for the proposed Benedictine College School of Medicine, beginning in July 2025. Since 2014, Kevin has been a Permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tulsa & Eastern Oklahoma, contributing to bioethics. Previously, Kevin held the position of President at City of Hope from 2023 until July 2025, overseeing operations at a specialized oncology facility. Prior to that, Kevin was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from January 2015 to 2023, where leadership included directing the Western Regional Medical Center and executing innovative operational strategies. Kevin’s earlier roles include Chief of Staff and Medical Director at CTCA Tulsa and Hospitalist at Saint Francis Health System. Kevin's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University and a Master’s in Bioethics from the University of Mary, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Biology from Truman State University.
