Ann Freeman

Ann Freeman, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is currently the Regional Director of People Development at Benedictine Health System, where they support long-term care communities across multiple states. Previously, Ann held roles including Director of Human Resources at FirstService Residential Minnesota and Human Resources Manager at Viracon, where they managed HR systems and strategies. With extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development, Ann has built a robust career in human resources since earning their degree in Professional Sales and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Ann also holds professional certifications in HR, including the SPHR designation attained in January 2014.
