Jessica Calloway has over 10 years of experience in sales and management. Jessica started their career as a Branch Manager at C4 AT&T, where they were responsible for recruiting and coaching sales candidates. Jessica then moved on to work as a CSEA Specialist II and Quality Analyst at Montgomery County, Ohio, where they monitored and evaluated call center performance. Most recently, Jessica served as a Regional Sales Director at BASIC, leading strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong customer relationships.
Jessica Calloway graduated from Wilberforce University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Jessica also obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in 2020.
