Cliff Nier

Cliff Nier currently serves as a Union Benefits Organizer at Benefit Architects, focusing on providing AFGE members with options for disability, life, dental/vision, and Aflac supplemental benefits. Nier has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Independent Agent for Aflac from November 2008 to January 2023, selling insurance products across multiple states. Nier also held managerial roles in facilities operations, including as a Shift Manager at Wind Creek Bethlehem and as a Project Manager at Point H Realty, overseeing daily operations and job site supervision. Previous experience includes serving as President of Meg's Maintenance, Inc., and Lead Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance at Lederle Laboratories, managing significant property and maintenance responsibilities. Nier studied at SUNY Rockland & Orange between 1994 and 2002.
