Mike Lawton

Mike Lawton serves as the Senior Vice President and Practice Leader as well as the President/CEO of Benefit Coordinators Corporation (BCC), a SISCO Company, since 2003. Under Lawton's leadership, BCC specializes in providing outsourced solutions in Human Resources, Benefit Management, and Specialty Administrative Services, emphasizing quality and integrity. Additionally, Lawton contributes to TERI Inc as a Capital Campaign Committee Member, supporting the needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With extensive experience since 1982 in multiple startup investments and executive roles across various sectors, Lawton has also been involved with the Barbershop Harmony Society as a member and was previously an Executive Vice President at Coordinated Group of Companies, Inc. Lawton’s educational background includes a BA from the University of San Diego, earned between 1974 and 1979.
