Lili Tep

Lili Tep is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and digital marketing within the beauty and wellness industries. Currently, Lili serves as the Director of Global Web & E-commerce Product Management at Benefit Cosmetics since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lili held key positions at WW as Group Product Manager and Principal Product Manager for Global E-commerce, and at SEPHORA as Senior Product Manager for Loyalty. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions at VF Corporation and CVS Health, where Lili focused on loyalty, personalization, digital adoption, and marketing strategies. Lili holds a Master’s Degree in Management/Marketing from emlyon business school and completed a Prepa HEC program at Lycee Louis-le-Grand.
