Luci Williams

Luci Williams has extensive experience in education and training within the cosmetics and beauty industry, currently serving as Education Director for Benefit Cosmetics in the Oceania region since October 2013. Luci has successfully directed educational strategies and managed retail training programs for major channels such as Myer and Sephora. Previous roles include National Education Manager and various regional education manager positions, where Luci led teams and developed tailored training programs to enhance staff capabilities. Additionally, Luci has held managerial positions in beauty salons, achieving multiple awards for excellence. Luci's qualifications include a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment, and a recent Statement of Attainment in Lash and Brow Treatments.
