Melissa McVicar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Visual Operations & Merchandising Manager at Benefit Cosmetics since February 2011. In this role, Melissa leads the Visual Merchandising, Project Management, and Graphic Design department for Benefit Canada, overseeing 360 marketing plans with key retailers, managing brand standards, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Melissa held various positions in visual merchandising and graphic design at Benefit, demonstrating expertise in store planning, budgeting, and data analysis. Melissa holds a BA in Design, Communications & Marketing from Ryerson University and completed additional studies at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2021.
