Sara started their career in 2012 at SEPHORA as a Merchandise Coordinator-Color and later took on the role of Marketing Manager of Product Development. In 2019, Sara joined Benefit Cosmetics as an Associate Director of Global Product Innovation. Sara then progressed to Director of Global Product Innovation and currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Global Product & Service Innovation at Benefit Cosmetics.
Sara Bachis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising from The University of New Mexico, where they studied Communication and Journalism from 2005 to 2010.
