Lad Williamson

Lad Williamson has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple industries and roles. Lad began their career in 2011 as an Investment Analysis & Leasing Manager at Sooner Management, where they worked until 2014. From 2012 to 2015, Lad served as the Principal Partner at Woké - Healthy Fast Food. In 2015, they joined Lanyon as an Account Executive - Mid Market Geo, and later was promoted to North American Inside Sales Director. In 2016, they transitioned to Paycom as a Sales Representative, before joining USI Insurance Services in 2018 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. In 2021, Lad took on the role of Vice President - Benefits at Boyd, Shackelford, Barnett & Dixon, LLC (BSBD Group), and is currently working as the Regional Vice President at ValueHealth Benefit Administrators.

Lad Williamson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Business from Clemson University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Lad is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, which started in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2023.
