Erick Kuhni has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, primarily in small group benefits. In 2017, they founded Benefit Sculptor. From 2010 to 2017, they were a Broker and Co-Founder at People Performance LLC. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Producer/Director of Small Employer Dept and a Small Group Benefits Producer/Broker at FirstWest Benefit Solutions. From 2002 to 2004, they were at Employee Benefits Quoting, where their responsibilities included generating health insurance quotes for Consultants/Producers.

Erick Kuhni, Founder, has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Utah, which they completed from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree from Utah Valley University from 2002 to 2005. Erick also attended Provo High School.
