Jeff Hazlett

Jeff Hazlett has an extensive work experience in finance and investment management. Jeff is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Benefit Street Partners since November 2021. Previously, they worked as the Director of Finance at StepStone Group from April 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Portfolio Performance at GPB Capital from November 2017 to April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Fortress Investment Group, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President from December 2010 to October 2017 and Vice President from May 2007 to December 2010. Jeff started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Silver Point Capital, LP from September 2005 to May 2007. Jeff also worked as a Financial Analyst at IBM Global Financing from July 2002 to August 2005.

Jeff Hazlett earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1996 to 2000. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Operations from the same university's Daniels School of Business from 2000 to 2002.
