Joseph Cassio

Joseph Cassio, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and audit roles. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Associate at Benefit Street Partners since November 2022, Joseph previously held positions at KPMG from August 2019 to November 2022, where roles included Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate. Earlier experience includes working as a Bookkeeper at Design Build Associates, LLC from June 2018 to June 2019 and an Accounting Intern at Lizardos Engineering Associates D.P.C. in summer 2017. Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany in 2018 and pursued a Master's degree at the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 2018 to 2019.
