Kristi Watts

Kristi Watts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and implementation services. Currently serving as a Client Manager at CoreSource, A Trustmark Company since March 2018, Kristi also holds the position of Implementation Service Coordinator at Benefit Technology Resources since July 2015. Previously, Kristi worked as an Implementation Manager at ConnectYourCare and as a Senior HR Technology Specialist at The Insurance Exchange. Early career roles include Compliance and Communication Specialist at RCM&D and Human Resources Manager at The National Aquarium in Baltimore. Kristi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Towson University.
