Vivek Garg

Vivek is responsible for managing operations and drives all initiatives for process & operational excellence, talent acquisition & development, ensuring the quality and reliability of benefitalign®'s products and services.

He brings over three decades of rich and extensive leadership experience in technology start-ups as well as large corporations with a demonstrated track record in innovative thinking, planning and implementing complex projects. He has cross-functional expertise in the product development and commercialization lifecycle from conceptualization, planning, R&D, product launch, and key account management.

Vivek has served as the head of Home Business at Reliance Communications and as the CTO & Business Head of Broadband at IndusInd Media & Communications leading the development of the company's Billing & CRM platforms.

Vivek holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
