Pavel Pachkovsky is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in both back-end and front-end web development, complemented by expertise in complex devops tasks. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at benefitbay® since August 2023, Pavel has previously held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Toptal since April 2015, and Senior Software Engineer at Broker Buddha from August 2017 to June 2023, where Pavel contributed to developing technology solutions that significantly streamlined insurance processes for commercial brokers. Earlier experiences include roles as Lead Software Engineer at SnapDocs and Senior Software Engineer at both Altoros Systems and Azati Software, focusing on high-complexity projects. Pavel holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Grodno State University named Yanka Kupala, completed in 2013.
