Ajai Singh

Ajai Singh has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Ajai began their career at Putnam Investments as a Data Integration, Design/Architect and Senior Database Engineer. In 2008, they moved to EnerNOC as a Senior Software Engineer (SQL and NOSQL on AWS EC2 Hadoop CDH 5.5 with Spark). In 2017, they took a role at Fidelity Investments as a Sr. Software Engineer for data integration on SQL Database and Bigdata. That same year, they also worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Technical Lead, where they worked on a Hadoop project for a premium health care insurance company. In 2018, they moved to Wipro Limited as a Lead Hadoop Developer/Architect. Currently, they are working at Benefits Science Technologies as a Sr. Data Engineer, where they help create healthcare analytics and provides prescriptive action to clients and providers.

Ajai Singh obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University between 1984 and 1986. Ajai also obtained certifications in Object Oriented Programming in Java from the University of California, San Diego in November 2015, Big Data and Hadoop from Edureka in November 2015, Apache Spark and Scala from Edureka in October 2015, and Oracle DBA Level 2 from Oracle.
