James Butts

James Butts has worked for a number of companies since 2012. James began their career at Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt as an Assistant Manager. In 2016, they moved to SURFAIR, INC. as a Concierge and Call Center Agent. In 2017, they joined Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative. In 2018, they were hired by Idaho Central Credit Union as an Innovations Center Agent. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. and, in 2022, they joined Benefits Science Technologies as an Account Manager.

James Butts obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Lone Star College-Tomball in 2017. In 2022, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Human Resources Foundations and Leadership Presence in Action.
