Sue Brown has worked in various roles since 1996. Sue began their career at Kenexa, an IBM Company (formerly Webhire) as an Account Manager. In this role, they managed business relationships with strategic clients and advocated on their behalf. Sue then moved to CNET (formerly Newmediary) where they were an Account Manager, developing quarterly marketing plans to increase vendor registrations, partner revenue, and site traffic. In 2003, they joined Kronos (formerly Deploy Solutions) as an Office Manager, managing the daily schedule and travel for the President and CEO. In 2006, they took on a Contract Recruiter role at The MathWorks, interviewing Masters and PhD degree level candidates and creating a process document for senior management. In 2007, they became an Account Manager at Pearl Meyer, managing business relationships with 150 survey clients in the Finance, Engineering, and Technology industries. In 2016, they joined Main Data Group as an Account Manager, providing corporate governance and executive compensation data and analytics reporting software to Fortune 500 companies and Executive Compensation Consultants. In 2019, they moved to Keyword Connects as a Client Care Manager, contributing to a department-wide effort to reduce churn rate. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Client Services at BenefitScape, responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.

Sue Brown obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Anselm College in 1988. Sue is currently in the process of obtaining a Benefits Certification from World at Work. In addition, they have obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in August 2020, and a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2020.
