Ing. Paolo Viti

Ing. Paolo Viti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the arms industry, currently serving as the General Director of Benelli Armi S.p.A. since April 2004. Viti has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and R&D, Chief Operations Officer, and Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed implementing quality and safety strategies, maintaining ISO certifications, and supervising quality management systems. In addition to the role at Benelli, Viti is a member of the Board of Directors for Banco Nazionale di Prova per le armi and a member of the Presidency Board at Confindustria Pesaro Urbino. Viti holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche, along with a technical diploma in Electronic Engineering.
