David Lissy

David Lissy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Encore Fire Protection and HopSkipDrive since 2025, Lissy has held the position of Chairman at Bright Horizons since January 2020, after previously serving as Executive Chairman and CEO from 1997 to January 2020. Lissy is also the Chairman of the Board at Redfin and a Board Member at BeneLynk, with additional advisory responsibilities at Benchmark Senior Living. Prior experience includes a tenure at Aetna US Healthcare as VP/General Manager from 1987 to 1997. Lissy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Economics from Ithaca College, completed in 1987.
