Tom Razazan is a Senior Finance Manager with experience in financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and financial control framework at Benenden Health. Prior to this, Tom worked at Nationwide Building Society, focusing on external financial reporting and the implementation of IFRS 16, as well as on the IFRS 9 implementation project. Tom also has experience as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Santander Cards UK Limited, where Tom led the FP&A team and was responsible for P&L reporting and analysis. Tom started their career at EY as an Assistant Manager in Financial Services Audit. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Financial Economics from the University of Leeds.
