Previous roles include part-time sales administration alongside elderly care, Customer Service Manager at Proficos NV, and Project Manager at Belgian Cosmetic Brands, focusing on project management and customer relations. Earlier career experiences as a Senior Buyer at Mano srl and Administrative Assistant at KBC Bank & Verzekering have provided a strong foundation in management and administrative skills. Karolien holds a Master’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from VLEKHO Business School Brussel and completed a university exchange course in English Literature at The University of Sheffield.
