Corey Sparks is a partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. With extensive experience as a transactional attorney, Corey has successfully negotiated and managed both domestic and international transactions for a range of companies, including private equity funds. Previously, Corey served as an associate attorney at the same firm and worked as a consultant at Protiviti. Corey holds a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the same institution, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University. Outside of legal work, Corey remains active in the community by volunteering with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and Towards Employment, while also being a passionate supporter of Cleveland sports.
