Mlrhr Karen Butler

Karen Butler, MLRHR, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager and previously as HR Manager at Benesch Law since March 2015, Karen has developed a robust skill set in human resources management. Prior to this role, Karen worked at PCC Airfoils, LLC SMP Plant as an HR Generalist from July 2010 to January 2015, and gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Assistant/Benefits Administrator at Edgepark Medical from July 2008 to July 2010. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Mount Union (2004-2008).
