Radhika Shah

Radhika Shah is currently an advisor at Benetech. Radhika has over ten years of experience in leadership positions in the technology and operations space. Prior to their current role, Shah was the CEO of Careerimp, Inc., a technology company focused on career development.

From 2014 to 2016, Shah was the Director of Digital Development at Creative Associates International, where they founded and ran the Creative Development Lab, an innovation group focused on using digital technologies to transform development, education and peacebuilding programming.

Before their time at Creative Associates International, Shah served as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Technology at Professional Diversity Network from 2012 to 2014. At Professional Diversity Network, Shah was responsible for the organization's operations and technology and helped the company go public (NASDAQ: IPDN).

Shah has a proven track record of successfully leading and growing organizations in the technology space. Her experience will be invaluable in their current role as an advisor at Benetech.

Radhika Shah has a master's degree in human computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
