Ankita Sinha

Ankita Sinha currently serves as General Manager at United Colors of Benetton India since October 2023 and has been with Benetton Group since August 2015 in various Human Resources roles, including Manager and Deputy Manager. Ankita has spearheaded initiatives in Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and internal communications, successfully implementing HR interventions in retail settings and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence. Previous positions include Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and employer branding. Ankita holds a Strategic HR degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s Degree in PGDBA-HR from SCDL, Pune.
