Matteo Callegaro

Matteo Callegaro has extensive experience in payroll and HR administration, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Benetton Group since September 2019, where responsibility includes overseeing a team managing approximately 2,400 payrolls monthly across five companies. Prior to this role, Matteo held the position of Payroll Manager at Marcolin from February 2018 to August 2019, focusing on HR budgeting, MBO reporting, and data analysis. Matteo's career began at Safilo, where various roles, including HR Administration Italy & Global Reporting Manager, involved significant responsibilities in HR reporting, budget forecasting, and system migrations to SAP-HCM.
