Vivek Mukherjee

Vivek Mukherjee has over 19 years of work experience in various HR roles. Vivek is currently serving as the CHRO for Benetton India & Bangladesh. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR, IR, L&D, and Administration at Benetton India Pvt Ltd. Vivek also held the position of General Manager & Head of Corporate HR at the same organization.

Before joining Benetton, Vivek worked at Walmart as a Senior Manager & HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for people strategy, campus recruitment, talent management, training and development, organization structure efficiency, and HR initiatives.

Vivek started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Manager in the HR department. Vivek has also worked at Eicher Engineering Solutions as an Assistant Manager-Human Resource and at HCL Technologies BPO Services as an Executive-Human Resource.

Vivek began their career as a Management Trainee in the Human Resource department at Thomson Digital.

Vivek Mukherjee earned a Masters in Human Resource & Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christian Degree College.
