Ashley Heffernan

Ashley Heffernan has extensive experience in project management and professional services, currently serving as a Manager of Professional Services (Resource Management) at Benevity since April 2017. Previous roles at Benevity include Team Lead for Implementations and Project Manager for Enterprise Implementations. Prior to Benevity, Ashley worked at Eastlink from November 2011 to March 2017, holding positions such as Wireless Business Analyst and Wireless Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing business requirements and managing testing for billing system software. Earlier experience at the Nova Scotia Golf Association involved coordinating youth golf programs and managing event budgets. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, with a major in History and a minor in English.
