Emily Allen

Emily Allen is a Senior Product Designer at Benevity since May 2024, having previously worked as a Product Designer at Symend from October 2020 to April 2024, where significant contributions included the redesign and launch of a 24/7 self-service platform. Prior experience includes serving as a UI Designer at United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited, focusing on user interface enhancements that resulted in increased online sales, and as a UX/UI Designer at WestJet, where a major redesign of the in-flight mobile experience was implemented to attract new market segments. Earlier in the career, Emily gained experience as a Graphic Designer at ELEVATE Graphic Design, working on various design initiatives. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Communications with a focus on Information Design from Mount Royal University and participated in a study abroad exchange program at Universidad de Guanajuato, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature.
