Yana Yadav is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle and marketing operations. Currently serving as Manager of Lifecycle & Marketing Operations at Benevity since August 2023, Yana has successfully scaled campaign production by 3x and significantly reduced launch times through operational redesign. Previous roles include Sr. Marketing Manager in Product & Lifecycle at Nasdaq, where Yana developed buyer personas and led customer journey mapping, as well as Marketing Manager at Quandl prior to its acquisition by Nasdaq. Yana's expertise also spans digital marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement from positions at Cirba, Software AG, Nexonia Inc., and others, with foundational experience beginning in sales and marketing management at Crowne Plaza Minsk Hotel. Academically, Yana holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Marketing in Financial Services from George Brown College and a BA in International Economy Management from Belarusian State University.
