Manisha Goel

Manisha Goel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, and business partnering. As Co-Founder of Benevolve Inc and Consulting Partner at InvokHR Solutions since December 2023, Manisha contributes to innovative HR solutions. Prior experience at Honeywell from July 2003 to October 2023 includes roles such as Head of HR for Honeywell Technology Solutions in India, where leadership in talent management strategies impacted over 5,000 engineers, and Director of Compensation & Benefits across the Asia Pacific region, driving transformational programs and standardizing processes for thousands of employees. Manisha holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and is currently pursuing an Independent Director Certification in Corporate Governance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
