Katie Henson

Katie Henson has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Account Receivable/Payroll Admin/Permits at Benfield Electric since January 2017, Katie assists in payroll processing and timecard management. Previously, as a Client Experience Manager in the Telematics department at Element Fleet Management, Katie provided support as the main point of contact for clients regarding GPS device inquiries. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Fleet Coordinator at Enterprise Fleet Management, where Katie managed a portfolio of over 42 customers, and as a Leasing Professional at Home Properties, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities in customer service. Katie began a career in real estate as a MMHA Certified Leasing Professional and Property Accountant at The Time Group Inc. and holds a high school diploma from Joppatowne High School, graduated in 2003.
