Malte Krüpfganz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Malte started their career at Henkel in 2015 as a Market Researcher. Malte then moved to Memovation, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
In 2015, they joined GYM AESTHETICS GmbH as a Social Media Strategist.
In 2017, Malte worked at LANXESS as an Intern in Brand Management Inorganic Pigments and later as an Intern in Corporate Communications - Digital Communications and Online Marketing. Malte continued their journey at LANXESS in 2018 as a Werkstudent Brand Management Inorganic Pigments until 2019.
From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Marketing Manager at alm tor GmbH. During the same period, they also held the roles of Partner und Prokurist at BenFit-Nutrition GmbH. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Chief Marketing Officer at BenFit-Nutrition GmbH.
In 2021, Malte co-founded WIMB Logistics and is currently serving as a Co-Founder.
Furthermore, they worked at Aktiv Sportpark as a Fitnesstrainer from 2014 until 2020.
Malte Krüpfganz completed their education at two different universities. In 2013, they enrolled at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in Internationales Marketing. Malte was a student there until 2018. Following this, in 2018, Malte joined IU International University of Applied Sciences to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketingmanagement. Malte concluded their studies at IU International University of Applied Sciences in 2019.

Nach massivem Wachstum im E-Commerce, stehen die Zeichen nun auf Wachstum im Retail sowie international. Eine eigene Logistik vereinfacht weiterhin viele Prozesse und eröffnet weitere digitale Innovationsansätze. Weitere Innovationen werden folgen.
