Paritosh Sinha serves as the Executive Chairman and CEO of Sinha & Company, Advocates, a full-service law firm based in Kolkata with a branch in New Delhi, since December 1993. In addition to this role, Paritosh holds the position of Advocate-on-Record for the State of West Bengal, representing the state in the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta since June 2011. Paritosh is actively involved in various legal committees, including serving as a member of the Legal Services Committee at the Calcutta High Court and as Co-Chairman of the Legal Committee at The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Paritosh also holds the position of Secretary at the Incorporated Law Society of Calcutta and Honorary Secretary at the Indian Law Institute, appointed by the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court. As the Founder President of the Kolkata Chapter of the Indian Law Association since February 2018, Paritosh has a strong legal foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry was set up in 1853. However, the Chamber's origins date back to 1833 when its founding forefathers came together to form the first association of its kind in the country, which was later formalized as the Bengal Chamber.
