Cynthia Dunlap

Cynthia Dunlap has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cynthia currently works as the Operations & Provider Manager at Bengtson Center for Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery since April 2020. Prior to this, they spent a significant portion of their career at Plastic Surgery Associates, PC, where they held various roles including Marketing Director, Spa and Marketing Manager, and Aesthetic Administration Manager from 2005 to 2020. Cynthia also served as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at HCR ManorCare from 2001 to 2005. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing at Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids in 2001 and the Director of Communications at Covenant House Missouri from 1999 to 2001.

Cynthia Dunlap earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations from Ferris State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in the Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) program from the American Heart Association in May 2019, as well as in Bloodborne Pathogens Training from the Kent County Health Department in April 2019.
