Carleen Maselli

Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Benicia Unified School District

Carleen Maselli is an experienced secondary mathematics teacher at Benicia High School since August 2003, with a teaching career beginning in 1990. Maselli has taught a range of mathematics topics, including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra 2, trigonometry, and statistics. In addition to teaching, Maselli has served in various leadership roles, including Mathematics Department Chair, where responsibilities included curriculum planning and liaison duties between staff and administration. Maselli was also President of the Benicia Teachers Association for over a decade, overseeing contract negotiations and serving member interests. Furthermore, Maselli has held direct sales representative positions with Plunder Design, LLC, and Young Living Essential Oils, and has contributed as a mathematics tutor and facilitator in various educational settings. Maselli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of the Pacific, a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from Touro University California, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University.
